I'm from Fort Worth, Texas. Where I spent my formative years. My early introduction to the world of fashion was under the guidance of my grandmother, who imparted the skill of hand sewing and crocheting as I created outfits for my Barbie dolls. This early exposure ignited a lasting fascination with the fashion industry, and I harbored a strong ambition to one day establish my own venture in designing and reconstructing garments.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS
I completed my high school education a year early and, at the age of 16, embarked on my academic journey at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, pursuing their Manufacturing Design and merchandise program, which had been a long-standing dream. In 2022, I proudly graduated with dual Associate of Arts degrees, providing me with a well-rounded perspective encompassing both business marketing and design facets within the fashion industry. This educational experience allowed me to carefully contemplate my desired career trajectory.
MY CURRENT POSITION
Presently, I hold the role of a Sales Leader at American Eagle Outfitters, where my responsibilities involve overseeing and steering sales efforts in alignment with business insights. In this capacity, I am deeply involved in training and nurturing team members' performance through real-time coaching, fostering genuine engagement. Additionally, I engage in the analysis of last year's reports and the forecasting of daily metrics, thus enabling me to make well-informed and strategic business decisions.
